The hurdles are set at double twenty four inch in height with a twenty inch high box approximately 1.9 meters a part each hurdle. St. Louis has to jump while clearing every hurdle without any rest between the jumps. It is believed that this exercise adds extra strength to the legs. This is because it builds up the leg muscles making them fit.
